How can we meet with you?
By phone or in person. If you live in the Cleveland area, I’d be happy to buy you a cup of coffee or tea at a Starbucks or Erie Island Coffee location and discuss your event from start to finish. Live out of town? No worries. We can have a phone meeting.
How do you charge?
Multicultural, Corporate, Benefits, Family and other special events start at $375 for up to 3 hours. Kid’s events start at $275 for up to 2 hours. A 5-6 hour wedding starts at $875. Many factors determine the cost. Will it be held during the weekday or weekend? Is the event happening in one room, multiple rooms, outdoors and/or a pre-function area? If multiple rooms, do you want music played in the pre-function area? Is loading into the venue simple or are loading docks and long hallways involved? Is your celebration in the Cleveland area or more than one hour away?
What does my fee include?
In addition to my DJ/MC music entertainment, my fee includes a professional sound system with at least 2 powered QSC speakers set on tripods, sound mixer, music and 1-2 handheld wireless Shure or Sennheiser microphones. In order to keep costs down, I also provide at no additional charge, simple, minimal, yet professional lighting used during dancing. Behind the scenes time is included too, hours and hours of preparing for your event, set up, break down. Plus, our experience and expertise are included.
Do you provide uplighting?
I can give you a quote once we determine how many you need for the venue.
How far in advance can we book you?
With the Coronavirus currently in full effect, we are booking into 2021. My services are first come first served, so please call, check my availability and book as soon as you can. A deposit and signed agreement will confirm our services.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. However, there will be a small fee added. A good old paper check is welcome without any additional fees.
